A severe Bell’s phenomenon is noted at the beginning of the cataract-implant procedure. Modification of the surgical technique is then done in order to overcome the problem.

Learning Objective

apply techniques that permit satisfactory globe positioning during cataract-implant surgery in eyes with an active Bell’s phenomenon. (FIS).
